Work in Wellness at the New Yora Nordic Spa
Spa & Locker Room Attendant (Housekeeping)
Something New Is Taking Shape
Opening in November 2026, Yora Nordic Spa is a place to pause, reconnect and experience wellbeing through nature, hydrotherapy and authentic human connection. It is a space where our team will create thoughtful and welcoming experiences that help guests reconnect with themselves, with others and with the natural world around them.
We are now building our founding team - the people who will bring Yora Nordic Spa to life and shape our culture from the very beginning. Working at Yora means working in wellness and contributing to a workplace and guest experience that are simple, inclusive, natural and social.
The Opportunity
As part of Yora’s founding team, the Spa & Locker Room Attendant will help create clean, comfortable and welcoming spaces while being a friendly, visible presence throughout our Nordic Spa guest spaces. From caring for locker rooms to replenishing towels on the pool deck, answering questions and helping guests find their way, this role combines hands-on housekeeping with thoughtful guest interaction. This position is anticipated to start in late October 2026, ahead of our November opening.
You will work throughout our indoor and outdoor spa spaces, including pool decks, relaxation areas, locker rooms, showers and washrooms. Our Housekeeping team cares for both men’s, women’s and gender neutral locker rooms, with housekepers carrying out assigned duties in accordance with Yora’s guest privacy and room-entry procedures.
This is an active, hands-on role that involves cleaning, sanitizing, preparing lockers and keeping towels and amenities available throughout the day. Just as important is noticing when a guest needs assistance and responding with warmth and care. If you take pride in well-kept spaces and enjoy connecting with people, we would like to meet you.
